Changed your mind, or the product isn’t right? No problem. Here are our terms, plainly:
Within 14 days
- You can return or exchange a product within 14 days of receiving it.
- It must be unused and in its original packaging with its accessories.
- We collect it from your address in Dubai, or you can bring it to the warehouse in Al Quoz.
- We refund the way you paid within 7 days of the product reaching us.
What cannot be returned
- Personal care products (soap and creams) once opened, for hygiene reasons.
- Candles once lit.
A faulty product?
If a product arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, message us within 14 days and we replace it free of charge, delivery included. Electronics carry a full one-year warranty against manufacturing faults.
